Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made between 3 days and 48 hours before the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total reservation cost. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date, no-shows, or early departures will not be eligible for any refund.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Any refund requests should be submitted in writing to our reservation team, mentioning the reservation details and reason for cancellation.
